We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹79 will be charged on orders below ₹999.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee of ₹50.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section on our website.

Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you after 3 delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
