Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
Some items such as electrical parts, clearance stock, and custom orders may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items. Contact our support within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or wrong. Use a trackable courier service.
